That decision deserves straight answers and people you can reach.
Shiven Realty & Constructions is your partner in real estate and construction. We deal in open plots, lands, residential properties, flats and independent houses, and we take on residential and commercial construction. Whatever brings you to us, our commitment stays the same: quality service, reliable guidance and valuable property opportunities.
About the companyHow it comes together
One company, from the first peg to the last key.
02 · The structure
Get the bones right
Foundations, columns and slabs end up hidden, but they decide how a building lasts. This is the part of the work that deserves the most care.
03 · The shape
Watch it become a home
Brick walls go up, the terrace and parapet are finished, and the plan on paper turns into real rooms. Independent houses, villas and apartments all take shape here.
04 · The handover
Walk in and turn on the lights
Interiors, finishes and final details come together. Take the project as far as you need, right through to a turnkey home that is ready for your gruhapravesam.
